In Loving Memory

Per Sir Thomas of Asher, this is the only Bio you need.

Ok but seriously, Thomas Asher is well-known, and highly respected throughout the artist community. From owning his own shop Autograf Tattoo in Florida to traveling all over the world, Thomas likes to settle in at Last Chance and offer his artistic services to the Las Vegas Valley.

Brad and Thomas were two peas in a pod and synced up nicely as the dynamic tattoo duo. RIP to a great friend, mentor, and brother of the arts.

In loving memory

After doing his stint in the '80s as a rock and roll bass player for the New York band "40oz Thugs" he had a brief career as a T.V. commercial actor and did some ads for Levis 501 Jeans, Canada Dry Ginger Ale, and Pioneer Stereo. In the early '90s, he decided to leave the South Bronx, packed up his things, and headed out west to Vegas baby! A friend of his from back east, Johnathan Shaw, told him about Doc Dog's and Smilin' Paul's World Famous Tattoo Company. He lucked into an apprenticeship for a few years and was taught the lovely and mysterious art of tattooing. Within a few years, he was working alongside some of the greats in the biz, like good 'ole Wondo, Randy Adams, Gil the Drill Montie, Bill Conners, and Spider, just to name a few! He started his tattoo journey in the early '90s, got his first license in the State of Nevada in '94, and hasn't looked back since. He worked at multiple Las Vegas Strip shops in his time, doing the whole tattooing-tourists-thing. "You pick it, I stick it (lol)"! But this year he met an artist who goes by the name of Cliff Kealoha Jr. He has Mojo reinventing himself once again at Alliance Art Collective.  He never had any formal artistic training at all (except for tagging all those NY subway cars in the 80s). Now, Cliff is teaching him about color theory and shading. He's still Old School, "I love coil machines, the lost art of making my own needles, and tattooing here in Las Vegas. His favorite styles are Traditional, Black and Gray, and Neo-Traditional."

Mo worked with us for many years. He sadly passed away in April 2020 due to an ongoing health battle. His station remains preserved and untouched as with his work here to keep his memory alive. We miss you friend- Patti and Brad
